From a bustling 90’s cafe to a life-size train-inspired seating area, Nukkad creates a truly immersive experience. How did you bring this vision to life?
At Nukkad, we wanted to create a space that captures the essence of Indian nostalgia while offering something unexpected and exciting. The design is inspired by the vibrancy of Indian street culture, incorporating elements like Bollywood themes and quirky décor, all set against a backdrop of diverse seating options. The life-size train seating area, for instance, transports our guests to a bygone era, reminiscent of Indian train journeys—filled with nostalgia and the spirit of adventure. We worked closely with designers to ensure every corner of Nukkad tells its own story, from the colors to the furniture to the art pieces, making it an immersive experience that is visually stunning and memorable.

Our menu is a playful fusion of traditional Indian street food and modern culinary innovation. We’ve reimagined beloved classics like pav bhaji, chaat, and vada pav by adding unique twists in terms of ingredients and presentation, offering a new take on these comfort. The experimental drinks menu also incorporates traditional Indian flavors, like Matka LIIT or Bantas and Tharras but with a refreshing twist that surprises our guests every time.
