Rituu’s early foray into fashion exhibitions revealed her flair for design and her unique sense of style. After completing her degree in Commerce from Jai Hind College in Mumbai, she deepened her understanding of jewelry by earning certifications in Jewelry Manufacturing and Designing from the Indian Institute of Jewelry in 2010. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she expanded her knowledge by enrolling in the “Marketing Luxury: Understanding the Complexities of a New World of Business” program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a course that broadened her perspective on luxury marketing.

“Jewelry for me is an art form,” Rituu once shared. “It’s a balance between honoring our heritage and embracing modern sensibilities. Each piece I create is a tribute to both.”

In 2016, Rituu launched Rowa’s Jewels, an exclusive brand that quickly gained recognition for its distinctive designs and bespoke services. Rituu was inspired to create a jewelry brand that reflected her own experiences, the family legacy, and the timeless allure of fine jewelry. Rowa’s Jewels, a name that has since become synonymous with elegance and exclusivity, reflects Rituu’s commitment to crafting designs that merge tradition with innovation.
